Corporate Structure Of Nikon Corporation - 1944 Words
Nikon Corporation Nikon are well known for their digital cameras and creating advanced equipment such as; lithography systems and microscope solutions. On the 27th June 2014 they announced they were going to reorganise their corporate structure. Their main reason for the change being that it was needed to build a foundation designed to support sustainable growth and establish a robust corporate culture. Nikon announces reorganization of corporate structure. (2014, June 27). It is important that throughout the change process, the culture of the company is embraced and developed as, more stakeholders will embrace the changes if they relate to the company culture.
